Our Field Trip In Davao City
EDEN Nature Park and Resort Davao
Based on the schedule, we have a visit. On September 09, 2023. Accompanied by our beloved madi, danica, Mrs. Pregua and Mrs. Hellen, we went to EDEN Nature Park and Resort Davao. Here I was with ayunie from malaysia and friends from Thailand (Sabi, oliver, Film, Foei-fei, and Tailer) at EDEN park initially we played at the bamboo maze. After that we took pictures at the EDEN PARK sign.
We started our tour with a shuttle tour. We also had a tour guide in the shuttle tour car. During the tour, we stopped at some of the iconic areas in EDEN Park. Our first stop was the Amphitheater & Flower Garden. At this place, we were delighted by the colorful sights and smells of the flowers and enjoyed a great view of Davao City.
Our second stop was Tinubdan. Here, we experienced a cultural trip to the "Indigenous Wisdom Center". It is an open-air museum and cultural park that features educational tours for everyone to appreciate Mindanao's indigenous cultural heritage.
After that we rested and had lunch. next we visited Sky Adventure. here we can play sky but I did not play because I am afraid of heights. Then after playing, we went back to the UIC dorm again.
Trip with our buddies
On September 23, 2023 the next trip was with our buddies from uic, Abi, Mech and Rudolf. They took us for a tour of Davao City. The first trip was we went to the Davao museum. in this museum we saw many objects and also the history related to Davao city. we also saw various tribes found in Davao. in the museum we tried to play traditional musical instruments from Davao city.
The second trip we visited Magsaysay park. here previously conducted activities such as the anniversary of the city of Davao known as Kadayawan but unfortunately we could not see the festival because it was held in august. But we could still witness the beauty of Magsaysay Park such as seeing some typical traditional houses of the tribes in Davao City. Here we could also play bicycle and also we could buy some souvenirs.
The third trip was when our buddies took us to the night market on Roxas street. Here just like the night market in general, there are many traders and I really like it because here there are also many halal foods sold and very tasty. here I also bought some typical Davao souvenirs.
Finally, after eating at the Roxas night market, we headed to the city hall. City Hall is the government office. then we went back to the UIC dorm.
