My COOPERATIVE TEACHERS

 

My Cooperative Teachers

       During the SEA Teacher we will get each Cooperative Teachers. My cooperative teacher is Miss Cecil Biliran or can be called Miss Biliran. Miss Biliran is one of the science teachers at UIC. Miss Biliran teaches grade 7 and grade 10 for biology. 

       Miss Biliran is like my mother in Davao because she is very kind and caring with me. At the beginning of the meeting I was very afraid of her, but after getting to know her better, Miss Biliran is patient, kind, beautiful, smart and also very friendly. Even though miss Biliran knows my English skills are very poor, she always invites me to talk and tell stories so that my English skills improve. during my teaching, miss Biliran always encourages me, gives input and always supports me. During my internship at UIC I always trouble her but miss Biliran still helped me.


    When I was in Davao I had a problem because my laptop was broken and couldn't be repaired while I had to do the final demonstration tomorrow. In the end, Miss Biliran always helped me to prepare for tomorrow's assessment, lent me her laptop and also trained me so that the final demonstration would go well. As a result, my final demonstration went very well and I am very happy that all of this was thanks to Miss Biliran's help.

    One day before my return to indonesia, i got to see the Piesta sa bayo activity at UIC like a bazaar activity in indonesia. on that day miss Biliran gave me a  traditional clothes from Philippines. I really liked the clothes.


      Meeting Miss Biliran was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I was so lucky to learn firsthand how to teach well and how we prepare our lessons. I know I can't repay all her kindness, but I will always remember all the valuable experiences she gave me. I hope we can meet again in the future. I hope Miss Biliran and her family are always healthy in Davao, Philippines.

Our Field Trip In Davao City EDEN Nature Park and Resort Davao        Based on the schedule, we have a visit. On September 09, 2023. Accompanied by our beloved madi, danica, Mrs. Pregua and Mrs. Hellen, we went to EDEN Nature Park and Resort Davao.  Here I was with ayunie from malaysia and friends from Thailand (Sabi, oliver, Film, Foei-fei, and Tailer) at EDEN park initially we played at the bamboo maze. After that we took pictures at the EDEN PARK sign.      We started our tour with a shuttle tour. We also had a tour guide in the shuttle tour car. During the tour, we stopped at some of the iconic areas in EDEN Park. Our first stop was the Amphitheater & Flower Garden. 1. SCHOOL : GENERAL INFORMATION AND ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION

  1. School: General Information and Academic Administration School profile The University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) began in 1905. UIC is a private Catholic basic and higher education institution administered by the Religious of the Virgin Mary in Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines.  (S ource:  Main Campus  https://www.facebook.com/RVMUICDAVAO/photos/a.1947937795434119/2837965769764646/?type=3&theater) After I made observations, I know that UIC has three separate campuses: Fr. Selga campus (Main), Bonifacio campus (Annex) and Bajada campus (basic education). During me in davao city, I stay at dorm Fr. Selga campus (Main).  In this dormitory we live with other international students and UIC students. This UIC dormitory is for women only and has a rule that all gates and doors will be closed at 9 pm. MY CLOSING CEREMONY

  My Closing Ceremony     On September 28, 2023, one day before my return to Indonesia, a closing ceremony was held at UIC's Bonifacio campus. This event took place with the delivery of impressions of messages and expressions of my gratitude to the Immaculate Conception University for helping and facilitating me during my internship here.       I received a token from UIC as a memento. Here I also presented a singing performance. Then after the event was over mam lolly as the dean and also mam helene invited me and my budies to have dinner together. The next day Sir Rene who is the international student coordinator lecturer gave me a certificate as proof that I had completed and participated in a teaching internship at UIC for 1 month.
